Yummy Spoonfuls Makes Babies Coo!

Yummy Spoonfuls LogoI saw an SUV pass by while running errands and noticed the Yummy Spoonfuls logo and website on its door. It had a cute name, so I wrote it down and decided to check it out when I got to a computer.

We all know how important it is that we pay attention to what our children are putting in their little bodies; I thought I might bring Yummy Spoonfuls to your attention if you’re not familiar already.  As it says on the opening page of the website, Yummy Spoonfuls baby food is 100% USDA Certified Organic, made from naturally good ingredients grown without chemical pesticides, nitrates, growth hormones, or other unwanted extras and produced without artificial additives or processing chemicals. The sentence sent bells ringing in my head, for if you recall, the posting How Up on Food Allergies Are You? brings attention to food allergies and making positive food choices for your family.

Whole Foods, a great company for supporting locally grown products and companies, began carrying Yummy Spoonfuls products in February 2008. (Way to go Marietta, Georgia!) So, next time you stop by the store, check out Yummy Spoonfuls.  If you don’t have a Whole Foods near you, one of the other stores that carry this organic baby food may be more convenient.  Going into a store not fit your fancy?  Yummy Spoonfuls will ship all over the US.  Orders can be completed with an order form and emailed or faxed. There are three levels of food to coordinate with three different age groups: Creamy Yummy, Mushy Yummy, and Chunky Yummy.  I ordered directly — there is a twelve minimum order, 4 variety maximum (as outlined on the form). Are you already a customer of Yummy Spoonfuls?  Help spread the word by hosting a Tasting Party, giving moms and/or babies the opportunity to sample the food up close and personal.
