					<description>Hello, Just to say that I have been running my own free fruit smoothie website for years now and I'm always so pleased to hear parents encouraging their children to make smoothies. TV commercials tend to lead most kids astray by promoting fizzy drinks full of sugar etc. whereas if the children make there own smoothies not only are they learning to cook they are enjoying various types of fruits which they would not normally eat if they were put in front of them.
