Yogulicious Cups
I taught my Tasty Tidbits Cooking Class to a Girl Scout troop the other day and had a lot of fun! Yogulicious cups are a super duper healthy snack and so easy to make. One of the Girl Scouts made a flower design on the top of her cup. It was so cute!
Here is the recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup all-natural plain or vanilla flavored yogurt
2–3 tablespoons of all-natural granola or nugget cereal
A few pieces of your favorite fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, pineapple)
Layer each ingredient in the glass (yogurt, granola, fruit). Repeat above ingredients for 2nd layer. Makes 1 serving. Turn this into a dessert by drizzling raw organic honey on top. Enjoy! Another way to create this is to leave out the yogurt, place fruit, granola, and drizzle of honey in a bowl. Yummy!
