A Month of 100-Calorie Snacks
MyRecipes.com is running a fun special now featuring a Month of 100-Calorie Snacks. Although it isn’t geared to kids, I can hardly think of people who like snacks more than children. It is often a challenge to come up with healthy snacks kids will enjoy, but some of these recipes sound pretty kid-friendly.
You can also keep an eye on the calendar, as there will be a new 100-calorie snack recipe each day during January.
There are already some pretty appealing snacks so far this month, such as Chewy Chocolate Cherry Cookies and Avocado Yogurt Dip with Cumin. The frozen yogurt recipe sounded the most tempting, and it sounded like a lot of fun to make with the kids.
