A few months ago, I told you about Spatulatta, the web videocast where two girls make interesting recipes. If you haven’t checked it out, you need to head over there right away. Your kids will love watching these two other kids prepare recipes. Plus, Isabella and Olivia are funny, and their themed recipes are often very unique. For instance, this week they are featuring Spiderweb Soup, Spooky Skull Meatloaf, Spider Sandwiches, and Frogs and Eyeballs as part of their Halloween celebration. All those recipes are available online, complete with video instruction.

Some of the girls’ best recipes, plus many new ones, are featured in their new cookbook. This is definitely worth checking out, and they are happy to sign it for you. But maybe you’d prefer to meet them in person. If so, check out their new contest! Kids can enter to win a trip to Chicago (with 1 parent or guardian) to meet the girls, appear on a Spatulatta webcast, and take home an apron and signed copy of the book.
