Crustless Sandwiches for Back to School
Our five-year-old son is very particular. He refuses to wear shirts with stripes, buttons, or collars (his uniform for his new school is going to be a hard one to swallow on two out of three counts). His sandwiches? No crust, thankyouverymuch. When Erika highlighted these sandwiches cutters back in January, I made a mental note that maybe I should get them, but I couldn’t bring myself to fork over the money for something I could just easily trim myself, you know?
But in a recent issue of Every Day with Rachael Ray, they again highlighted the crustless sandwich cutters from Mom Inventors, and I think my resolve may be finally weakening. Yes, it’s still way cheaper to cut the darn things off myself, but think of the big smile when Nicholas opens up his lunch box to see the shape of the day. Priceless, I tell you, priceless. And just think, it may make his new uniform a tad more bearable.
