					<description>Tea's.... Add 2 cups of cold water  in a pan, add 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp pepper and  1/2 tsp of cloves.  Simmer for 15 mins or so. Now add a spot of milk...your tea bag...simmer for another minute and add sugar to taste.</description>

					<description>I definitely wouldn't give this potent medicine to my daughter, but since we're all adults there's nothing wrong with a snifter of warmed brandy to help soothe an adult's cold.</description>

					<description>I tend to stick to plain pasta, sometimes augmented with a bit of olive oil or butter and parmesan (or romano). It's just simple, easy comfort food for when we aren't up to snuff.</description>
