					<description>I am not at all surprised that my precocious granddaughter was extolling the virtues of her Eiffel Tower home. She has quite a rich variety of world experiences for her age, incredibly so. I can picture her starting school with a beret. Of course, I know I don't just sound like an ordinary proud grandpa, right?</description>
