					<description>These are healthier than most store bought treats but they're still a little junky.  I couldn't find nutritional info about them on Del Monte's web site but I found it on supermarketsavvy.com.  They point out that with the added sugar there is about 5 teaspoons of sugar per serving.  Also, the number two ingredient is corn syrup, which is total junk.  It's still better than most stuff you can buy that's marketed to kids though!

Here's a recipe my kids love for real fruit smoothies:  In a blender, blend a bunch of frozen fruit (strawberries are favorites, as is pineapple) with enough water to make a thick slushie.  Add a heaping teaspoon or two of a favorite 100% juice concentrate for added flavor and natural sweetness.
