My grandson has type 1 diabetes. He loves kids cuisine, but if he doesnt eat all that is offered in one box, is there a way to break out the individual carbs ie: mac and cheese, he wont eat the corn, he only eats mac and cheese and rollup. What would carbs be? Thank you.
