					<description>With a 4-year-old who loves smoked salmon, kalamata olives and feta cheese, I don't underestimate kids at all.  Dr. Seuss is a classic by itself and I don't think needs tweaking.  That being said, this cookbook certainly isn't meant to be haute cuisine by any standards, just plain old fun.  :)</description>

A little of everything they like, a lot of color and of course a palette of flavors.but by simply adding food coloring to food, I don't think kids will go for that anymore.  At least pre teens and teens.</description>
