I think what disturbed me more was that the only activity suggested was walking. Hopefully this does benefit some people. Abigail has been having fun playing with the pedometer, but I don't want her to think that walking is work and exercise, I want her to walk because it's fun and it gets us places. Obviously, it doesn't matter what kind of activity you have, just get some. for some parents, they just can't handle playing games like that with their kids yet. walking may be all they can do, so it's a start.
