Not only are those crustless sandwiches cute, they are perfect for talking about fractions and shapes.  "Hey I cut your sandwich into a CIRCLE and now it is two circles, each one is HALF as big as the circle, each one is a SEMI-CIRCLE."  Ditto with the square cut into quarters/triangles.</description>
