Where do sweet potatoes come from?
It’s time to put the finishing touches on the Thanksgiving meal, and for most people sweet potatoes are somewhere on the agenda. This year, why not get the kids involved with the cooking and let them learn a little more about the roots of these roots?
The North Carolina Sweet Potato Commission has a great website promoting their produce.
